These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Travailler through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
All products are subject to availability.

4. Orders & Payments

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
Orders are only final after payment has been successfully received.
Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers.

5. Prices & Shipping

All prices are stated in euro and include VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed before checkout and depend on the delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Delivery

We ship orders within 1-2 working days.
If a product is not available after ordering, we will notify you and refund the payment.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the order is delivered.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt (cooling-off period).
You then have another 14 days to return the items.
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear, swimwear without hygiene strip, earrings) cannot be returned.
Return costs are at your own expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned items.

8. Warranty

We follow the statutory warranty rights applicable under EU consumer law.
If a product is defective, please contact us within a reasonable time.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability is always limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product concerned.

10. Privacy

11. Force Majeure
