1. Cooling-off period

When purchasing products from our webshop, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

2. Return conditions

• After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

• The product must be returned, as far as reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

• Trying on clothing is allowed, but worn or washed items will not be accepted.

• Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as underwear or earrings) will be clearly indicated in the product description.

3. Return shipping costs

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise stated or in the case of a faulty or incorrectly delivered item.

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount (including the original shipping costs) as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after your cancellation.

• Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Exceptions

• Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as underwear, swimwear without hygiene strip, earrings) are excluded from returns.

• Sale items can be returned unless otherwise stated.

6. How to return

1. Send an email to travailler.de1@gmail.com including your order number and reason for return.

2. Pack the items securely and ship them to:

3. Include your order number or packing slip inside the parcel so we can process your return quickly.
